We will analyze the best construction methods and materials to meet your needs, uses, and budget. We will act as your designer. We will develop your plans and needs into the third dimension, taking into consideration composition, mass, detail, color, and aesthetic value. We will present these ideas by drawings which will help you visualize the final design with the various parts. We will act as the coordinator. We will use all of our knowledge and experience in the fields of structure, mechanical, electrical, materials, construction methods, and budget management to bring together all aspects of the building design so that each part fulfills its place in the total function of the design. We will provide our professional abilities to make your project a reality. We will act as your administrator. We will advise you on the selection of contractors, analyze proposals, and assist in the preparing of construction documents. We will oversee and manage the construction and financial details in behalf of the client and see that you get full value for your money.
